A cold and damaging winter in the Niagara Peninsula consequently left us with a short crop in the 2005 harvest.  This compelled us to search  for wines in Italy, Chile and Argentina that would blend well with our best.  Formerly labelled as the “International Series” in our 2003 short crop, these wines became increasingly popular and in high demand by many of our loyal customers.  These are the wines we know you love and for this reason they merit their own label. 

Our resolve was to design a label that would capture a lifestyle and celebration of life, art and wine.  The journey took us to Montreal where we met Niko, a contemporary artist who embodied through her work the passions and vibrancy we wanted to convey.  Niko painted the three ladies of wine for

“i baci”- the kisses for the wines you love.
