Harvest Data:Wines from around the world were sourced to produce the “i baci” brand produced by Pillitteri Estates Winery.  After a thorough tasting exercise looking for light, racy white wines with elegance, we purchased Chardonnay from Loxton in Australia’s Riverland region.  Just prior to bottling, the wine was sweetened to sugar code 5 for softness.  Best suited for immediate consumption.
