Tasting Notes:	An intense red wine expressing aromas of bold ripe cherry, cassis and slight asparagus, with well integrated tobacco and leather sensations. The palate explodes with cherry and mulberry, with green capsicum and black pepper spice. A super match with rare roasts, meat-based pizza, red sauce pasta and full-bodied cheese.
Prodution Notes:	The Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested October, 2005 and fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks on skins, during which time malolactic fermentation was initiated. Post pressing the wine was transferred to new French and American oak barrels for 18 months maturation.
