Tasting Notes:

A finely crafted blend expressing true Gewurztraminer characters of white grapefruit, a touch of lavender with delicate bubble gum nuances, coupled with apricot and passionfruit traits. The palate explodes with additional flavors of lemon rind, pineapple and a desirable minerality. With a wonderful richness brought about by the Riesling Icewine dosage, which balances the racy acidity, this wine is sure to please any drinker. Enclosed under screw-cap to ensure freshness and crispness. Try it with seafood, try it with curry, try it during a sunny barbie, or even just on its own, either way you wont be disenchanted like last weekend at the pub. Prodution Notes:

After harvesting, the Riesling and Gewürztraminer were immediately crushed and pressed. Post cold settling, each juice was fermented separately at 12 °C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using W15 yeast for Gewürztraminer and X5 for Riesling. After the fermentation and filtration was complete, the wines were blended according to taste, before a dosage of Riesling Icewine to balance the acidity and fill the palate.
