2008 Shiraz Icewine 200ml

Tasting Notes:	What a real prize. This Shiraz Icewine combines the elegance and intensity of this rich varietal with the sumptuousness and grandeur of icewine. The jovial, ruby coloured wine has nuances of intriguing candied cherry, black forest cake with an underlying note of spice plus balanced acidity. Enjoy chilled with desserts and cheeses.
Prodution Notes:	This unique treasure was harvested January, 2009 with 40o Brix. The rich juice was seeded with EC1118 yeast in a stainless steel variable top tank and fermented over a period of approximately 12 weeks to 230 g/L residual sugar. Post-fermentation, the wine was protein stabilized prior to sterile filtration.
