Tasting Notes:

This is a first for Pillitteri Estates – a Icewine made from Pinot Blanc. The 2008 was a great year for Icewine production in Niagara. Consistent freezing and thawing throughout the winter added depth and concentration to this rare Icewine. Sourced from older vines, this Icewine was harvested at 39° brix.
