From the first pour to the last sip the Sparkling Brut refuses to stop expressing itself throughout. Aromas of green apple, pear, lemon zest rise from the glass like the delightful stream of bubbles accompanying them, followed shortly by tropical notes, honeydew melon and a burst of apple blossom. Fermented in the Metodo Italiano (Charmat method) to allow for the primary fruit aromatics of the grapes to really shine. On the palate you will find green apple, lemon, melon and a pineapple finish to be the focus. All that flavour is complimented by a supporting cast of vibrant acidity, spectacular mousse, and a lingering tingling finish creating a well balanced performance for the senses.
Exceptionally food friendly and an ideal candidate for brunch with friends. Fried calamari is a great appetizer to pair with the zesty acidity in the wine.
