Pillitteri Estates Winery produces a number of wine brands that are available in markets around the world. Some are exclusively for certain markets while others are known globally. The core Pillitteri brand is available to consumers around the world and is separated into four main brand tiers: Market Collection, Carretto Series, Exclamation Cellar Series and Riserva Famiglia. Pillitteri Icewine consists of two brand tiers, Carretto Series and Reserve Icewine Series. All of the brands meet the family’s high standard for winemaking and grape growing and offer a unique and interesting story that connects with the Pilitteri family. Ceres
Pillitteri Estates winery is proud to introduce our Ceres wine collection. Each bottle is a rare and exquisite example of some of our finest winemaking. The Ceres wines are crafted from our family owned and operated vineyards. The wines are made in a fresh and rich style that will intrigue all wine lovers and is a lovely showcase of high-quality winemaking from the Niagara region.
Each bottle of the Ceres wine collection is produced and bottled at Pillitteri Estates winery under the direction of our Head Wine Master, Aleksandar Kolundzic. In order to ensure the all Ceres wines are produced with the highest quality standards we have installed a Proof Tag security sticker onto the top of each bottle. The Proof Tag security sticker allows customers to scan and authenticate each individual bottle in order to ensure that the wine is produced and bottled by Pillitteri Estates winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario Canada.
