Great service and better wines
Jamie at Pillitteri showed us the vineyard and winery, creating a narrative of the history of the vineyard and its place in NOTL. Very passionate people and a very informative (and delicious) wine tasting, will be back!
Customer Service
We experienced some confusion when our visitors from the UK purchased some of the wine they had tasted but Zach and the customer service team handled the confusion very professionally and resolved the situation superbly. Nothing but praise for the customer service people we dealt with. Zach gave us all an excellent explanation of all the wines being offered and made the whole experience one our visitors will always remember. We’ll be back with more visitors!
Very knowlegeable adivce – suprising good red wines
The quest of Red wine in Ontario is the game. and the winery is winning it.
Their red are very decent – of course they know it and the prices are quite high but recognize that the owner knows how to do decent red wines (merlot / Cabernet and some assembly)

Wonderful tour and tasting!
We visited this winery on a tour with ‘Niagara Vintage Wine Tours’. It was great to go outside and walk among the vines, going into the cellar and seeing the storing process of white and red wine, and listening to the history behind the winery. Our guide, Angelo, was absolutely incredible. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and just overall great to be around! I would highly recommend this winery for a visit!
Winery Tour and Taste
We recently visited this winery on the advise of a close friend and were completely satisfied with the recommendation. We had a great day at this family run winery and our tour guide Mikayla was fantastic and taught us a lot I really didn’t know about icewines and the growing process. She really knew her stuff and showed us all the inner workings of a successful winery. She and fellow guide Adriana walked us through a wonderful assortment of wines in the tasting room and we walked away with a lot more wine then we had originally planned on buying. Great wine and even better customer service. Mikayla and Adriana made a great day even better! Highly recommend a visit there, but be careful the wine is too good to pass up.
Amazing Tour with Nolan!
This is by far one of my favourite wineries to visit in the Niagara region and it’s always on the top of my list on places to visit! However, this time was exceptional, Nolan, the tour guide was very informative, friendly and answered any questions that I had! This made my experience way more enjoyable and he gave great recommendations for the wines – we ended up going home with a case! Do yourself a favour and visit this winery, and maybe ask for Nolan haha :)
Best Winery in Niagara-on-the-lake
Went on a tour of 5 different wineries, Pillitteri is for sure the best! Great selections of wine, shout out to the staff named Nolan, he was super chill, super knowledgeable but doesn’t push the wine on you. He made Pillitteri much more alive then just a fancy wineries with 23 chairs by rocking his sick J’s (Jordan XI). Definitely will go back again and buy more ice wine next time!
Best part of our entire trip!
Went on a tour of 4 wineries, this one was BY FAR the best one that we visited. Of course the wine was fantastic, but the tour that was given to us by an employee named Zach M. was the icing on the cake… he was very knowledgeable about all the wine and winery itself. Our group is semi new to the winery scene and he was more than happy to show us how it’s done. Zach had a great sense of humor and truly made the experience a blast. He informed us on all kinds of neat facts about the history of the winery and about the family who created it all. Seeing the winery was very interesting, as was learning the processes behind it all. The winery was full of awards and they are very well deserved. Also, anything family owned nowadays is always refreshing to see and hear about. This winery stood out way more than any of the other ones we visited, definitely the highlight of our weekend. Would highly recommend.
